These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and y999g ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the y999g website, mobile-accessible platform, and all associated services available at https://y999g.org and its subdomains ("the Platform").

y999g is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming license. The Platform provides sports wagering, live casino games, slot games, virtual games, and related entertainment services to eligible users.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and y999g.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the y999g Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. y999g reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any funds contained therein handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to players from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the y999g Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. y999g does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform where it is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account only on y999g. Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same individual, are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended and balances may be forfeited without notice.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y999g account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y999g support immediately via live chat available in your account dashboard.

3.2 Account Currency

y999g maintains a unified wallet that supports both PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and crypto balances (USDT, BTC). Internal conversion rates are displayed at the time of deposit and withdrawal. y999g is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency market value between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. y999g reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to PKR 500 per month (or equivalent in crypto) to inactive accounts after this period, provided a prior notice email is sent to the registered address. Remaining balances will never be reduced below zero.

3.4 Account Suspension

y999g reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y999g currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• USDT TRC20 — Minimum deposit: 10 USDT; minimum withdrawal: 20 USDT
• Bitcoin (BTC) — Minimum deposit: 0.0003 BTC; minimum withdrawal: 0.0005 BTC
• JazzCash — Minimum deposit: PKR 100; minimum withdrawal: PKR 500
• EasyPaisa — Minimum deposit: PKR 100; minimum withdrawal: PKR 500
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit: PKR 1,000; minimum withdrawal: PKR 2,000

4.2 Deposit Processing

Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20 and BTC) are credited to your y999g wallet within minutes of on-chain confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. y999g is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, blockchain network congestion, or banking system outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours after review. PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. y999g reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

As a general anti-money-laundering policy, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. y999g may request proof of payment method ownership as part of this process.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the y999g Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation within the Platform interface showing a unique bet reference number. y999g reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5.2 Odds & Markets

Odds displayed on y999g are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed at specified odds, those odds are locked for that wager. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to incorrect pricing due to technical fault or human error — y999g reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player balances.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the outcome cannot be determined. Voided bets have their stakes returned in full to the player's y999g wallet.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODI fixtures listed on y999g:

• A minimum of one ball must be bowled for match-winner markets to stand, unless otherwise stated.
• In-play ("live") bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of bet placement, not at pre-match prices.
• Weather interruptions that result in a revised target (D/L method) will be settled on the revised result where an official result is declared.
• Matches reduced to fewer than 5 overs per side may result in certain markets being voided at y999g's discretion.

5.5 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot games, and virtual games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are certified by independent third-party auditors. y999g does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Results are final once a game round is completed and confirmed.

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on y999g are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. y999g reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or to disqualify players found to be abusing promotional structures.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless specifically stated, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6.3 Crypto Deposit Bonus

The y999g automatic crypto deposit bonus (applied to USDT and BTC deposits) is credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on eligible games. The bonus is applied once per deposit transaction and cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6.4 One Bonus Per Household

Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and shared payment method. Where multiple accounts are found to be exploiting a single promotion from the same source, y999g reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and suspend implicated accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y999g Platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption
• Attempting to manipulate game or sports outcomes through any means
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y999g staff or other Platform users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's code or infrastructure
• Accessing another user's account without authorisation

All content on the y999g Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of y999g or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of y999g.

Scraping odds data, game results, or any other structured data from the y999g Platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y999g shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes (wins and losses are part of the normal operation of the Platform)
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond y999g's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances outside y999g's direct control

In all cases where y999g is found liable, the Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y999g makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10.1 Age Restriction

Access to the y999g Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any investigation concerning access by minors.

10.2 Self-Management Tools

All registered y999g players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account dashboard:

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or liabilities that have already accrued to either party prior to the date of termination.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through y999g's internal complaints procedure, accessible via live chat or by emailing our support address. The Company will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated under the Company's gaming license.

y999g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations — the Company will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the y999g Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
